Adding funds
Your Spoofy balance, your own USDG deposit address on Robinhood Chain, the minimum, how fast it arrives and what not to send.
You pay for orders from a prepaid balance in US dollars. It never expires, and anything an order doesn't deliver comes back to it.
Add funds with USDG
- Open Funds in your dashboard and tap Add funds — or tap Add funds & pay at checkout, which fills in what's missing.
- You'll see your own deposit address and a QR code. It belongs to your account and doesn't change, so you can use it again.
- Send USDG on Robinhood Chain to it from any wallet — or tap Pay with wallet (see Paying from a browser wallet).
- 1 USDG = $1.00 of balance. It's added within seconds, once the network confirms the transfer.
The minimum
- The minimum top-up is $1. Smaller amounts aren't lost: they add up until they reach it, then they're added together.
- Transfers under $0.01 are ignored.
Only USDG on Robinhood Chain
Send USDG on Robinhood Chain only (Spoofy's own token too, once it launches — see Paying with the Spoofy token). Other tokens, or USDG on other networks, aren't added to your balance automatically. If that happened, ask in the chat with the transaction hash.
See your top-ups
Funds → Top-up history lists every top-up: first Received — confirming, then Added to balance.
Taking money out
There's no self-serve withdrawal. Balances are for ordering on Spoofy; to withdraw unspent funds, ask in the chat — we may verify the account first.
A top-up hasn't arrived?
Check that it went to your address, as USDG, on Robinhood Chain, and that it's confirmed (you can look it up on the Robinhood Chain explorer, rh-scan.com). Still missing after a few minutes? Ask in the chat with the transaction hash and we'll pass it to the team.
Didn’t answer it?
Ask the chat — it can also check your own orders when you’re signed in.
