Terms

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Spoofy — the website, the API, the SMM-compatible endpoint and the agent (MCP) server. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

The service

Spoofy delivers audience growth — followers, views, likes, members, reactions, visits — to public links you give us. Each service page shows its typical start time, speed and any refill guarantee. These are estimates, not promises: platforms change, and delivery can be slower or partial.

Your balance

  • You pay for orders from a prepaid balance. Top-ups are credited after the blockchain confirms them.
  • A top-up in the project token is credited at its market value plus the advertised discount.
  • Anything not delivered — a refused order, a cancelled order, the undelivered part of a partial order — goes back to your balance automatically.
  • Balances are for buying on Spoofy. To withdraw unspent funds, contact us; we may verify the account first.

What you may not do

  • Order for content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Use Spoofy to attack, harass or impersonate anyone, or to push negative engagement onto someone else’s content.
  • Use Spoofy to manipulate markets or trading volume.
  • Resell access in a way that breaks these terms, or try to get around limits, caps or security.

We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules; the charge goes back to your balance.

Platforms’ own rules

Each social platform has its own terms. You are responsible for how you use growth on your own accounts. Spoofy is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any platform named on the site.

API keys and agents

You are responsible for what your API keys and agents order. Use the per-key spending caps and read-only keys to limit them, and revoke a key you no longer trust.

Liability

Spoofy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
