The words we use

What each word on a service means, and what it doesn’t. Every (i) on our lists links here.

Choosing

Lowest price, Recommended, Best quality
For each kind of growth we show up to three choices, picked by fixed rules — never paid placement.
Recommended is the best value with a real guarantee: no warnings, and a refill you can claim for 30 days or more (views, plays and visits don’t drop, so they need none). Among those, the best one priced within 25 % of the cheapest. When nothing has such a refill, it can be one with a refill of at least 7 days. A promise without a refill button never counts — and when nothing has a refill you can claim, we recommend nothing.
Lowest price is the cheapest option, with its warnings shown. It only appears when it’s clearly cheaper than Recommended.
Best quality is the strongest accounts and guarantee at a sane price: no warnings, and at most three times Recommended’s price.
An option that costs more and is no better on anything — refill, accounts, warnings, start, speed, order sizes or our delivery record — is never one of the three. Every option is still under “All options”.

Delivered in full
Our own delivery record for this service: how many recent orders arrived in full. Shown only from 30 orders.
“Delivered in full on 96 % of 214 orders, last 30 days” counts the orders for this service that finished in the last 30 days: delivered in full, in part, or refunded because it couldn’t be delivered. Orders you cancelled, and orders that couldn’t start (a private or wrong link), don’t count.
We show it only once a service has at least 30 finished orders. Below that we show nothing rather than a number that means little.

Refills and drops

Refill guarantee
If the count drops within the refill period, ask for a refill on your order and it’s topped back up for free.
Followers, members and likes can disappear after delivery. With a refill guarantee, open the order within the period shown (7 days, 30 days, a year…) and tap Request a refill: what dropped is topped back up, free. From the API you can also turn on auto-refill, which asks for you on a schedule and when it sees a drop (at most once a day).
A refill brings the count back to what you bought. It doesn’t add more, and it doesn’t cover what was never delivered — that part is refunded to your balance.
Only choices that say “Refilled free…” have the refill button. A period mentioned without it is a no-drop promise.

Lifetime refill
Drops are refilled with no end date — for as long as the service behind it is offered.
Lifetime means the refill period has no end date. It lasts as long as the service delivering it is offered; if that is ever withdrawn, refills for it stop too.
See alsoRefill guarantee
No refill
Nothing tops the count back up if part of it drops later.
If some of what was delivered disappears later, the count stays lower and there is no refill to ask for. Anything that was never delivered is still refunded to your balance.
Views, plays and visits don’t drop once counted, so for them “no refill” is no risk.

Drop
Part of what was delivered disappears later: accounts unfollow, leave, or are removed by the platform.
Drops happen most with followers, members and likes, often in the first days or weeks, and when a platform clears out accounts. How much drops differs from one service to the next.
A refill guarantee is the remedy. “May drop” on a service means its own description warns about it.
See alsoRefill guaranteeMay drop
No-drop promise
The service promises the count won’t drop for a period, but there is no refill button to claim it.
Some services promise “no drop” or a refill period in their own description without a refill we can ask for on your behalf. We show the promise as it is made, but if the count does drop there is no refill to request here.
Want something you can claim? Pick a choice that says “Refilled free for…”.

Who delivers it

Standard accounts
No claim about the accounts: a mix of ordinary-looking and inactive ones. Price is the point.
Standard means the service makes no claim about who delivers it. Expect ordinary-looking and inactive accounts side by side. They add to the count; they won’t engage with your posts.
See alsoHigh quality
High quality
Accounts with a photo, a name and some posts, so they look like ordinary users.
High quality means the accounts are filled in: a profile photo, a name, some posts. That makes them look real and usually makes them last longer. It doesn’t mean real people interested in you, and they don’t engage.
See alsoReal accountsStandard accounts
Active accounts
Accounts that also post or come online now and then, not just sit there.
Active accounts show some life of their own: they post, react or come online. They still aren’t fans who chose you, and they won’t buy or engage on cue.
See alsoHigh quality
Real accounts
Sold as accounts of real people rather than made-up ones — the service’s own description.
Real accounts are described by the service as belonging to real people. We pass that on as stated; nobody can check every account. Real accounts tend to drop less, but they are still not an audience that chose you.

Premium accounts
Telegram users on Telegram Premium, the app’s paid tier.
Premium accounts subscribe to Telegram Premium, Telegram’s paid tier, and show its badge. They cost more to make, which is why they cost more here.

Verified accounts
Accounts with the platform’s verification badge (the blue check).
Verified accounts carry the platform’s own verification badge. They are the rarest and the most expensive. Verified by phone or email is not this.

Warnings

Budget quality
Low-cost, mass-made accounts that can drop at any time.
Budget quality is the cheapest kind: mass-made or automated accounts. Large drops are common and platforms remove them in clear-outs. Fine for a quick number, not for anything that has to last.
See alsoDropMixed accounts
May drop
The service warns that part of what it delivers can disappear later.
May drop means the service’s own description warns about drops. Expect some of the count to go again; without a refill guarantee it isn’t topped back up.
See alsoDropRefill guarantee
Mixed accounts
Quality varies from one account to the next: some look real, some don’t.
Mixed accounts means a blend of better and weaker accounts in one delivery. The weaker ones are the likeliest to drop.

Negative
Dislikes, negative reactions or critical comments: they count against the post.
Negative services add disapproval — dislikes, negative reactions, critical comments. They are for your own posts only.

Delivery

Start time
How long until the first part arrives — not until all of it has.
Start time is the wait before delivery begins: “Starts in minutes”, “Usually starts within 1 h”. We only show it when it comes from real deliveries, the service’s published average or its own stated start; otherwise it says “Start time varies”.
It’s an estimate, not a promise. An order that hasn’t started after a few hours is checked by our team.
See alsoDelivery time
Delivery time
How long until the whole order has arrived. Bigger orders take longer.
Delivery time is from placing the order to the last unit delivered, for the amount you chose (“~2 days for 10K”). Services deliver at a steady speed per day, so twice the amount takes about twice as long. It’s an estimate, not a promise.
See alsoStart timeGradual delivery
Gradual delivery
Delivered slowly, a set amount a day, so the growth looks steady instead of arriving at once.
Gradual services deliver at a slow, steady pace on purpose. It takes longer; the count rises like ordinary growth. To spread any order over days yourself, use Spread at checkout.
See alsoDelivery time
Partial delivery and refunds
If only part arrives, the rest of your money goes back to your balance automatically.
When only part of an order can be delivered, it shows Partly delivered and the share that didn’t arrive comes back to your balance by itself: price × undelivered ÷ ordered. Ordered 1,000 for $5.00 and 200 didn’t arrive? $1.00 comes back.
An order that can’t be delivered at all is refunded in full. Refunds go to your Spoofy balance, never back to a wallet.
See alsoCancel anytimeDelivered in full
Cancel anytime
Can be stopped while it’s Starting or Working; whatever wasn’t delivered comes back to your balance.
Services marked Cancel anytime can be cancelled from the order page while the order is Starting or Working. Not started yet: the full amount comes back. Already running: what wasn’t delivered comes back. Other services can’t be stopped once they’ve started.

Audience

Worldwide
No particular country: accounts from anywhere.
Worldwide means the service doesn’t target a country or region. It’s usually the cheapest and fastest.
See alsoCountry or region
Country or region
Accounts from that country, region or language area — as the service states.
A country or region (USA, Europe, English-speaking…) means the accounts are from there, as the service describes them. Targeted services cost more and can be slower. They are not people who found you on their own.
See alsoWorldwide
Female or male accounts
Accounts presented as female (or male), as the service describes them.
Female or male accounts are presented that way by name and photo. It is what the service states, not something anyone can check.
See alsoCountry or region
Crypto accounts
Accounts focused on crypto topics.
Crypto accounts follow or post about crypto. Everything on token sites (DexScreener, CoinMarketCap…) is for crypto audiences anyway.

Money

Price each
What one follower, like or view costs. The total for your amount is worked out exactly.
Prices are shown per unit — “0.16¢ each”, “$1.45 each” — so options compare at a glance. Under a dollar they’re in cents.
When you choose an amount, the total leads: it is the exact price you pay, rounded up to the cent, and it is locked when you pay.
