Your privacy, in short
What Spoofy keeps, why, who else sees it, and the choices you have. The full text is the privacy page.
The full version is our privacy page. In short:
What we keep
- Your account: your email address (and your name and picture if you sign in with Google), or your wallet address.
- Your orders: the public links you ask us to grow, the service, the quantity, the price and the status, plus what an order asks for (such as comments to post).
- Your balance: top-ups (transaction hash, amount and sending address), charges and refunds.
- Developer settings: API keys (as a hash only) and webhook addresses.
- Support chats: what you write to Spoofy Support on the website or Telegram, and the answers, so the team can follow up. Kept for 180 days.
How we measure the site
Our own counting, on our own servers — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookie for it. Measuring never stores your IP address, and we never record the links you paste or what you type into forms. Our pages load only our own code.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare runs our network and protects the site, so it carries your connection to us.
- Google, only if you sign in with Google.
- Wallet tools, only when you tap a wallet button. "Continue with wallet" opens the wallet window (Reown, WalletConnect) and the wallet you pick; "Pay with wallet" talks only to the wallet in your browser.
- The partners that deliver an order get what it needs — the public link, the quantity and details such as comments to post — never your account or email.
- Resend delivers our emails (sign-in codes, automation updates).
- Anthropic writes the support assistant's answers from what you write in the chat (and, if you're signed in and ask, your orders and balance).
- Telegram carries chats with us there and our team's alerts.
- Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
Ask in the chat to export or delete your account. Order and payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.
Didn’t answer it?
Ask the chat — it can also check your own orders when you’re signed in.
