Telegram support
Spoofy Support on Telegram — what it can do, the commands, and connecting your account to ask about your own orders.
Message @spoofy_support_bot (t.me/spoofy_support_bot) — the same assistant as the chat on the website. It answers in private chats only.
Commands
/start— say hello and start a fresh chat./help— what it can help with./order 1042— the status of one of your orders./link— how to connect your Spoofy account./unlink— disconnect your Spoofy account.
Connect your account
Until you connect it, the assistant on Telegram can answer general questions but can't see any orders. To connect:
- Sign in at spoofy.social and open the chat bubble.
- Tap Connect Telegram. You get a one-time link that works for 10 minutes.
- Open it. Telegram opens the chat with @spoofy_support_bot; tap Start and you're connected.
Each link works once. Only you should open it: whoever opens it can ask about your orders and balance from their Telegram. Changed your mind? Send /unlink, or tap Disconnect Telegram in the website chat.
