Yes, when the post is public: paste the post’s own link, wherever it was posted.
Can I write the comments myself?
Yes, with an option marked Your own text: you write each comment at checkout, and the number of comments is the amount ordered. The other options word the comments for you.
What if only part of an order arrives?
