How it works
Accounts share the post or video you link. Where the platform shows a share count on the post, it goes up; some platforms show shares only in the owner’s own statistics.
Drops

Yes. On Telegram a share is a forward of the post to another chat.
Does Spoofy need to be an admin of my channel?
No. Only the link: nobody needs admin rights, a login or access to your Telegram account.
