Delivery times
When an order starts, how long it takes, what "Expected by" means and what to do when it's slow.
What the estimates mean
- Every service shows when it usually starts ("Usually starts within 1 h").
- Every package shows an estimated delivery time for that quantity ("~13 h", "~3 days"). Bigger orders take longer: services deliver at a steady speed per day.
- On your order, Expected by is the estimate from the moment you placed it.
These are estimates, not promises. Platforms change, and delivery can be slower or partial — whatever isn't delivered goes back to your balance (see Refunds).
While you wait
- Starting means we have the order and are starting it. Working means it is being delivered or is lined up to start.
- Progress shows as soon as it's reported. You can close the page; delivery carries on.
- If an order hasn't started after about 6 hours, it is flagged to our team, who look at it by hand.
Live viewers and done-for-you work
- Live viewers start within minutes when there is room. If no room frees up within 30 minutes, the order is refunded in full. See Live viewers.
- Done-for-you listings depend on the platform's own review, which we can't speed up or promise. See Done-for-you listings.
It's past "Expected by"
Some orders run a little over the estimate. If yours is well past it and still shows no progress, ask in the chat with your order number — we'll check it and, if needed, pass it to the team.
Didn’t answer it?
Ask the chat — it can also check your own orders when you’re signed in.
