Drops
What a drop is, and why a delivered count is not topped back up.
Counts can drop after delivery; drops aren't replaced.
A drop is part of a delivered count disappearing later: accounts unfollow or leave, or the platform removes them in a clear-out. It happens most with followers, members and likes, often in the first days or weeks. How much drops differs from one option to the next: an option marked May drop warns about it itself, and Budget quality accounts drop the most. The glossary explains these words.
What you pay for
You pay for the delivery. Anything that was never delivered comes back to your balance automatically — see Refunds. A count that drops later is not topped back up, on any service.
Want a count to stay above a number?
For a public Telegram channel or group, or a YouTube video, an automation can watch the public count and place a new order when it falls under your number — paid from your balance, within a budget you set. See Automations.
