Order statuses

What Starting, Working, Done, Partly delivered, Refunded, Cancelled and Not delivered mean — and what happens to your money.

On the website	In the API	What it means
Starting	`pending`	We have your order and are starting it. Nothing delivered yet.
Working	`processing`	It's being delivered, or it's lined up to start. Progress appears as it's reported.
Done	`completed`	Everything was delivered.
Partly delivered	`partial`	Part of it was delivered and the rest couldn't be. The undelivered part is already back in your balance.
Refunded	`refunded`	It couldn't be delivered, so the whole amount went back to your balance.
Cancelled	`cancelled`	Cancelled at your request. Whatever wasn't delivered is back in your balance.
Not delivered	`failed`	It couldn't start — for example the link is private or isn't one this service can use — so the full amount is back in your balance.

Good to know

Money only ever moves back to your Spoofy balance — never out of it after you've paid. See Refunds.
An order that is Working for a while hasn't been forgotten: some orders wait for room before they start. If it hasn't started after about 6 hours, our team looks at it.
The SMM-compatible endpoint uses the standard words instead: Pending, Processing, In progress, Completed, Partial and Canceled (refunded, cancelled and not delivered orders all read Canceled).
Done-for-you work shows its own steps: Received → Submitted to the platform → Approved (or not approved, with a full refund). See Done-for-you listings.
