How ordering works
From a pasted link to a running order — packages, quantities, checkout and paying from your balance.
1. Paste a link
Paste the full link of what you want to grow — a profile, post, video, channel, group, token page or website — into the box on the home page, or into Quick order on your dashboard. Spoofy works out the platform and what the link points to, and shows only the packages that fit it: a profile link gets followers, a post link gets likes and views. More in Which links work.
Not sure what fits? Paste the link into the chat and ask.
2. Pick a package
Each service comes in up to three qualities — Basic, Standard and Premium — and its card shows:
- when it usually starts and how fast it delivers,
- whether it has a refill guarantee, and for how long,
- whether it can be cancelled once it has started,
- the price per 1,000 and preset package sizes, each with its total and estimated delivery time.
Pick a preset or type your own amount, between the service's minimum and maximum.
3. Check out
Confirm the link and the quantity. A few done-for-you services also ask for a logo, a banner or a description. Then:
- Not signed in? Sign in or create your account in one step — Google, a wallet or an email code. Your basket stays.
- Balance too low? The top-up sheet opens with the missing amount filled in. See Adding funds.
- Enough balance? Tap Pay from balance. The order is placed and its price is taken from your balance straight away.
The price is locked when you place the order: a later price change never touches an order you already placed.
4. Watch it grow
The order shows up on your dashboard with its number (like #1042), a progress bar and, when we have an estimate, an Expected by time. You can close the page — delivery carries on. What each status means: Order statuses.
Several at once: your links and the cart
- Your links. Every link you paste or order for is remembered, the most recent first, as a row above the link box, on Services and at checkout. Tap one and the lists show what that link can take — nothing to paste again. Manage next to them renames, pins or removes them.
- The cart. Add to cart sits next to Continue. Add as many packages as you like — several services, one link or several — then open the cart and pay for all of them in one go. Signed in, your cart and your links follow you to any device.
- Checked before anything is charged. When you pay, every item is checked again at today's price. If one can't go as it is (its service paused, an amount out of range), nothing is charged and the cart says which one and why. If your balance is short, the top-up opens with the exact amount missing.
- Each item becomes its own order, with its own number, progress and refunds.
Changing an order
An order can't be edited once it's placed. If its service allows cancelling, you can cancel it — whatever wasn't delivered comes back to your balance — and order again. See Cancelling an order.
One link, several orders
You can place more than one order for the same link. A few services cap how many can run on one link at the same time (live viewers on a token page, for example); if you reach the cap, checkout tells you how many more fit right now.
